The first layer in building a Strength Foundation, a Team Grounding Journey introduces a common language to connect, collaborate, and learn together — for the goal of building trust, strengthening relationships, and opening up dynamic ways of working together.

Journey Roadmap

Step 1 / Individual Grounding Journeys

Every leader and team member will complete an Individual Grounding Journey, which includes access to the CliftonStrengths survey, online learning, and exercises to support integrating the concepts into workflow and collaboration.

All Individual Grounding Journeys are conducted online.

Step 2 / Team Grounding Event

All team members gather together to connect and learn about your unique Team Strength Ecosystem. This event introduces a common language and framework to support connection, collaboration, and workflow.

This session can be conducted online or in-person.

Step 3 / Pathways Ahead

To conclude your Team Grounding Journey, you will receive a summary report of your unique Team Strength Ecosystem. This report identifies opportunities to develop dialed cultural practices, leverage outlying strengths, and pinpoint operational tensions to support organizational strategy.

The next two layers in establishing a Strength Foundation include leadership training in our Management Expedition and team coaching in Strength Cultivation Sessions.
