The CliftonStrengths survey tool is powered by the Gallup Organization and designed for the workplace. This survey, written in 33 languages, identifies an individual’s most natural and recurring patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that can be consciously engaged and therefore thoughtfully summoned. You can think of these strengths as currents of energy until they are engaged or accessed with ease.

Our unique approach to strength empowerment holds our dominant individual strengths as dynamically interconnected and an extremely rare subset. At Canon, we call this subset an individual’s Strength Flow System and it cannot be replicated, especially when considering the experiences that have borne and refined these strengths. Our approach illuminates aspects of an individual’s tacit and embodied knowledge, with the goal of guiding or connecting them with their intuition and inherent genius. The language associated with each CliftonStrength is expressed in very relatable terms for immediate utilization in planning, connecting, and collaborating on matters important to the work.
